Exceptional service. Straight-forward discussion on delivery, objectives, customer service and pricing. Job cleanup when completed. I have used Royal Plumbing for home service and maintenance, a shop build-out and overhead heating, and commercially for a restaurant. I won't be using any other local plumbers again - highly recommended.

Our furnace had quit working on the coldest night of the year, Feb 6/21 @ 10:30pm. The weather was -49 with the windchill. I had Called local plumbing and heating contractors in the area, and none were interested in answering the phones. Was referred to Garrett by a friend. Garrett offered immediate help, and was able to get the furnace running again in a reasonable amount of time, His troubleshooting skills are great, and knew what the problem was. Garrett was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking or needing help with heating or plumbing, etc. When asked about advice, Garrett more than willing to offer. My toilet filler valve started "honking" at me so I thought rather than repair it myself, mess it up and be in... trouble.. I thought I'd leverage a pro through HomeStars. Garrett from Royal Flush Plumbing & Heating responded quickly and was even able to come same-day (quicker than I was able to accommodate him!) We arranged for him to come the next day and he was courteous, capable and quick. Great with communications and had multiple options for me to pay him (which I did via Interac e-Transfer.) He provided a professional, itemized receipt via email as well.
